A total of 7 new financings were completed, amounting to a total volume of CHF 58.1 million. A significant milestone was also achieved: for the first time since the fund\u2019s launch, the fund volume exceeded CHF 200 million, reaching CHF 219.8 million as of 30 September.<\/p>\n<p>This development underscores the growing relevance and attractiveness of the OREDF and the overall asset class \u2013 for both investors and property developers alike.<\/p>\n<p>The average loan-to-value (LTV) of the total portfolio remains moderate at 73.8%.
