The net annual performance of share class DI amounted to 6.08%.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">In addition, OREDF recorded\u00a0strong growth: as of 31 December 2025, fund assets increased to CHF 235 million. Another significant milestone was the total financing volume of CHF 171 million completed in 2025 \u2013 the highest level since the fund\u2019s launch. This development underlines the growing importance of OREDF as an alternative financing partner for project developers and real estate investors.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Supported by the continued restraint of banks \u2013 particularly in project developments \u2013 the market environment once again offered\u00a0numerous\u00a0attractive opportunities in 2025. OREDF successfully completed several first-ranking financings, consistently on second-ranking terms. Such bridge financings are particularly attractive as they combine high margins, short\u00a0maturities\u00a0and the security of a first-ranking lien.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Outlook 2026:\u00a0The credit pipeline is well filled with financing requests exceeding CHF 51 million.
