En raison de la r\u00e9ticence croissante des fournisseurs d\u2019hypoth\u00e8ques classiques \u00e0 accorder des cr\u00e9dits, nous enregistrons actuellement un pipeline attrayant et robuste de demandes de cr\u00e9dit dans l\u2019OREDF. Tous les remboursements d\u2019hypoth\u00e8ques ont donc pu \u00eatre r\u00e9investis avec succ\u00e8s \u00e0 hauteur de 20 millions de CHF au deuxi\u00e8me trimestre. Au 30 juin 2024, le fonds est enti\u00e8rement investi.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un pipeline de 150 millions de CHF de demandes de cr\u00e9dit int\u00e9ressantes et aux effets positifs des baisses des taux directeurs de la Banque nationale suisse (BNS), nous envisageons l\u2019avenir avec optimisme. En cons\u00e9quence, nous pourrons ajouter du capital frais au fonds dans le cadre des prochaines fen\u00eatres de souscription.<\/p>\n<p>En avril, la distribution annuelle de 70% des revenus, soit environ 10 millions de CHF, a \u00e9t\u00e9 vers\u00e9e.
