L\u2019OREDF a enregistr\u00e9 au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2024 un rendement net impressionnant de 6,84 % pour la classe d\u2019actions DI \u2013 largement sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 notre objectif de rendement de 5,5 %.<\/p>\n<p>Le dernier trimestre a particuli\u00e8rement montr\u00e9 une forte augmentation, due \u00e0 la demande \u00e9lev\u00e9e de cr\u00e9dits. En tant que leader du march\u00e9 dans le domaine des financements subordonn\u00e9s, nous avons pu investir de mani\u00e8re cibl\u00e9e et s\u00e9lective, ce qui nous a permis d\u2019optimiser encore davantage notre portefeuille et de renforcer notre position.<\/p>\n<p>Nous sommes \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s confiants pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2025 : le pipeline de cr\u00e9dits est bien rempli, et compte tenu de l\u2019entr\u00e9e en vigueur, au 1er janvier 2025, des exigences accrues en fonds propres des banques, nous pr\u00e9voyons une demande toujours croissante.
