Parall\u00e8lement, la p\u00e9riode de souscription a permis de lever CHF 29,0 millions de nouveaux capitaux \u2013 un niveau record depuis le lancement du fonds.<\/p>\n<p>La forte demande en solutions de financement alternatives ainsi que l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat croissant des investisseurs soulignent la pertinence strat\u00e9gique de la dette priv\u00e9e immobili\u00e8re dans le contexte de march\u00e9 actuel.
