Au total, 7 nouveaux financements ont \u00e9t\u00e9 conclus pour un volume global de CHF 58,1 millions. Un jalon important a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 atteint : pour la premi\u00e8re fois depuis son lancement, le volume du fonds a d\u00e9pass\u00e9 la barre des CHF 200 millions et s\u2019\u00e9levait \u00e0 CHF 219,8 millions au 30 septembre.<\/p>\n<p>Cette \u00e9volution souligne la pertinence et l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 croissantes de l\u2019OREDF ainsi que de l\u2019ensemble de la classe d\u2019actifs, tant pour les investisseurs que pour les promoteurs immobiliers.<\/p>\n<p>Le ratio moyen de pr\u00eat sur valeur (LTV) du portefeuille global reste mod\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 73,8 %.
