By combining the ONE Real Estate Debt Fund and the ONE Mortgage Fund, Property One will be able to combine first and subordinated financing in future and offer a whole loan from one provider. This will provide borrowers with an ideally balanced all-in financing solution – the only one of its kind in Switzerland – with a maximum all-in loan-to-value ratio of 80%.
